How long does concrete sealing last?

Our premium sealers typically last 3–5 years depending on traffic, exposure to road salt, and environmental conditions. High-traffic driveways or areas subject to harsh winters may require resealing every 3 years. We back every application with a written 5-year warranty, and we'll let you know when your concrete is due for a touch-up.

How long does the sealing process take?

Most residential driveways take 2–4 hours from surface preparation to final application. Larger areas like commercial parking lots or multi-surface projects may take a full day. We'll give you an exact time estimate during your free site assessment. The sealed surface is typically ready for foot traffic in 4–6 hours and vehicle traffic within 24 hours.

Can you seal new concrete?

New concrete needs to cure fully before sealing — typically 28 days after pouring. Sealing too early can trap moisture and cause issues. If your concrete is newly poured, we recommend scheduling us 4–6 weeks after completion. We'll inspect the surface during your free assessment and advise on the ideal timing.

We offer matte, satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss finishes. The right choice depends on your surface type and personal preference. Stamped and decorative concrete typically looks best with a semi-gloss or gloss finish that enhances colour depth, while plain driveways often suit a matte or satin finish for a clean, understated look.

Yes — every sealing project comes with our industry-leading 5-year written warranty. If your sealed concrete shows defects in the sealer coating within the warranty period under normal use, we'll come back and rectify it at no charge. This covers materials and workmanship.

Do I need to do anything to prepare before you arrive?

Please clear any vehicles, furniture, planters, or other items from the concrete surface the day before. We handle all cleaning and preparation as part of the service. If there are oil stains, we apply a degreaser as part of our prep process. You don't need to pre-wash anything.
